Jack C. Goggans, 47, of Pine Bluff, died Friday, February 5, 2010, at his home. Jack was born May 15, 1962, in Dermott, Arkansas, to the late Raymond Odell and Evelyn Marie Myers Goggans. He was reared and received his education in Rohwer, where he graduated from Delta High School in 1980. Jack was a lifetime welder, he had worked for Carter’s Welding in DeWitt. Jack was a Baptist. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt and camp. Jack is survived by a son, Justin Goggans of DeWitt; a stepson, Duane Grissom of DeWitt; two step-grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Goggans of Rohwer, and Johnny Goggans of Decatur, Texas; and two sisters, Linda Qualls of Pine Bluff, and Sandra Baxter of Little Rock. Jack was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be Sunday, February 7, 2010, 2:00 PM, at Kelso Baptist Church with Reverend Ben White officiating.
